Guardian Early Learning – South Melbourne

Every day is an opportunity for discovery and growth at Guardian Early Learning – South Melbourne. With a range of exciting, resource-rich environments – including new indoor and outdoor spaces – children are encouraged to explore and learn.

The light-filled and open-plan centre also features a rooftop garden, central atrium, water play areas, a vegetable garden, and natural climbing structures.

We are proud to have a culturally diverse team and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays. Our community-minded team also hosts family breakfast each morning in our dedicated piazza.

As part of our community focus, we’re planning to launch our excursion program later in 2019, to locations such as local parks, South Melbourne Market, Emerald Hill Library and the Botanical Gardens.

Our on-site cook prepares five nutritionally balanced meals using seasonal ingredients every day. The open kitchen allows children to interact and watch the cook prepare all meals, which enhances their understanding of good nutrition. Children then enjoy their meals in the piazza while socialising.
