How We Hire
Apply Online
Once you’ve search our job openings, take the time to complete your online application in full including telling us about your career aspirations, detailing your professional and educational background and submitting necessary documents.
Phone, Video and Face-to-face Interviews
Following the successful review of your resume, a member of the team may call you for 10 to 30 minutes to hear about your career aspirations. In addition, sometimes we conduct video interviews. These include pre-recorded questions – this is a great opportunity to show your personality.
Group Interviews
For some roles, you may be invited to attend a group assessment/interview day. As part of the session, you can expect to participate in a range of activities and you’ll also be given the opportunity to show your team spirit, collaborative approach and network with like-minded people.
Reference and Background Checks
As advocates for children’s safety, we conduct professional references and necessary background checks – for some positions this includes a National Criminal History check in line with legislation. Depending on the role, we require up to two references. Please speak to your references prior so they know we will be in contact.
