Guardian Has Some Exciting Projects Launching in 2019

Guardian Early Learning Group is unveiling some exciting projects in 2019 and we wanted to share some of these details with you.

One of the projects is to bring our family of 110 Guardian early learning centres across Australia together with a new name, look and website to better represent the high-quality services provided at Guardian and our commitment to the care and education of children.

Collaboration is at the heart of the rebrand, and throughout this journey, we have engaged with our community of families, Educators and children, to ensure the perspectives and needs of our community are respected and we look forward to sharing more with you in the months to come.

Our name is changing to Guardian Childcare & Education. ‘Childcare’ has been chosen as it puts children front and centre – just as we do at Guardian. This word is an acknowledgement of the relationships between children and Educators that are paramount to children’s early learning experience. ‘Education’ highlights the importance of early years education as the foundation to a child’s learning journey and the role our Educators play in the lives of our children each and every day.

For Guardian families, this simply means a change of name and look. We remain focused on providing the same service, high-quality curriculum, smiling faces, values and community that we started more than 10 years ago. It’s a commitment that has seen 93 per cent of our centres being rated Meeting or Exceeding in the National Quality Standard with the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).

Guardian will continue to create and facilitate world-class educational programs in safe, nurturing environments, where Educators thrive, children grow, and working families are supported with convenient locations, hours and peace of mind.

The next 12 months will see Guardian further support our Educators’ development with industry-leading programs, and increased investment into the learning environments at our centres along with improved resources, and on-going training.

As we roll out the brand refresh over the next 12 months, we’ll keep you up to date with what’s happening along the way and what centres are being updated when. We will be holding family information evenings across the country where Guardian families can come along and hear more about what’s happening at Guardian, and experience the brand come to life.
